How long until it feels comfortable?

Most people settle in over three to five nights. Start at the lowest setting, wear it for an hour before bed, and advance one notch at a time.

Can I return it if it isn't for me?

Yes. Sleep on it for 30 nights — if it isn't for you, send it back. Retailer and Amazon purchases are covered too; just tell us where you bought it.

How do I clean it?

Rinse with cool water each morning and brush it gently with the soft brush. No boiling water, no dishwasher, no alcohol-based cleaners.

Where is my delivery?

Orders leave us within one business day and arrive in three to five. If your tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
